How Do We Work?
We handle administrative and operational responsibilities that bottleneck a business so solopreneurs can protect their time and energy and focus on money-making tasks. We operate on an hourly rate so you only get billed for the work we do. Invoices are sent at the end of each month with easy payment options via check or Zelle. We have a low quarterly administrative fee that keeps your specialist available for your workload, gives you access to our softwares that aide in efficiency and covers time spent on non-trackable things like communication & task preparation.
When you work with Rafferty Solutions, you get personalized and customized attention from a dedicated Solution Specialist but you also get the benefit of a team feel! After your initial onboarding, planning sessions, and process setup led by Kelly, you will get assigned a Solution Specialist who will lead & execute your workload. This person will be available to you via email (how we typically work) but also available by text for any time-sensitive needs. We can schedule recurring virtual check-in meetings or add a meeting as a project allows. Even without our standard processes, each of our clients gets a customized experience that fits their own business. Our goal is to work collaboratively towards success!
The benefit of a team is that if your specialist takes a vacation or needs a sick day, we do our best to guarantee your work will still get done by a backup member as applicable. Since our team works closely together, we can use the group behind the scenes to work through complicated projects together or tap in the right person for the right area of your business! And all without you needing to worry about hiring, interviewing or matching skill sets! Leave that to Kelly!
How Did I Get Here?
With a 10 year career in event & sports production, I’ve handled a variety of roles ranging from starting a minor league basketball team from scratch, coordinating the production of an NHL hockey game inside an NFL stadium, handling the recruiting/hiring/training of over 100 interns & staff members, executing a wedding on a baseball field, to overall departmental administrative & organizational tasks that keep business operations moving swiftly. I’m now working in the Virtual Administrative Consulting industry to allow my skillset to help others achieve success. Giving others the freedom to become more efficient and accelerate their growth is my goal!
I’ve always had a passion for helping others and I’m often told my resourcefulness is top notch. I pride myself on having a team that provides outstanding service, has well-rounded skills to be your “one stop shop” but can also hone in on details & specifics with pride. Helping other business owners and employing a team of dedicated individuals while having the flexibility to work from home and provide for my family are the motivating factors in my virtual business.
